I want to produce Avery pattern adhesive labels 3 x 7 using Word from an Excel spreadsheet, as I have done before with earlier editions of Word and Mail-merge. On completion of the merge the preview of the top page of label cells looks fine but, when printed, by half-way down the page the Address Name and part of the first line of the address have pushed themselves above the top of their labels and onto the label above, and by the bottom of the page three upper lines of the address are out-of position above the label that they should print upon.
