Unfortunately Windows 10 error 0xc00000e9 fix free download struggling to understand your instructions. I cannot perform Automatic Repair because my PC won’t let me navigate away from the blue screen. I’ve tried to access advanced recovery options by shutting down my laptop multiple times before it reaches the boot screen however it keeps starting up with the Windows logo and says Starting Automatic Repair then loads the screen shown above.

Since you used the free upgrade you do not need Windows 7. I myself have upgraded an old computer from Windows 7 to 10 and used the media to reinstall with no issues. If you have access to a new computer please visit the page here, download the media creation tool and make a USB of Windows Once this has finished please take it to your computer and boot from the USB. Have it plugged in then turn on your computer.

Once this boots follow the Repair process David had submitted to you earlier. This will repair the boot error and get you back going. Take Care Beth, we will be awaiting your response. In reply to AndrewWay1’s post on October 24, Beth this error typically means the BIOS is either not set properly or worst case your hard drive isn’t being seen at all. Can you enter your BIOS settings and reset them to default. Most PCs are different to get there, it will quickly tell you as soon as you turn it on.

I’m assuming you know how since you set USB to first boot. Once set to default settings Save and Exit. Try to boot to the USB drive and see if you get the same error as продолжить. Hopefully resetting to default will fix the issue.

It is possible the USB creation failed and cannot boot from it as well. Did you use the media creation tool? That’s very strange. I’m thinking the media was not created properly, it’s probably not a bootable device.

Copying the ISO itself doesn’t make it bootable. I know when I did this on my Linux laptop I needed to use a program to make it bootable.

If you can try again being sure it’s bootable, I just want to be sure it was configured properly and its an issue with the USB not your computer as a whole. This site in other languages x.
